Medical Equipment Project Manager

Job Summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Manager to coordinate healthcare equipment planning, procurement, and installation from project kickoff through closeout.

Project Details

The role supports medical equipment planning and procurement for healthcare projects, coordinating with owners, architects, vendors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, documentation, and client communications.
• Review equipment lists, drawings, product data, specifications, quotations, and procurement options.
• Coordinate procurement kickoffs, bids, approvals, purchase orders, vendor communications, and delivery schedules.
• Plan vendor site visits, confirm site access and installation sequencing, and coordinate receiving and staging.
• Oversee equipment delivery, placement, installation, readiness checks, punch lists, and acceptance activities.
• Coordinate vendor training and provide closeout documentation and order details.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in project management, medical equipment planning, procurement, or logistics, including at least 5 years in medical equipment planning, procurement, or specifications.
• Knowledge of medical equipment products, manufacturers, suppliers, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience with Attainia PLAN-IT or a similar medical equipment planning database.
• PMP or CPSM certification is a plus.
