Senior Superintendent II - Healthcare

Job Summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex healthcare construction work in Atlanta. The role oversees field operations, teams, schedule, cost, safety, and quality, with an emphasis on integrated project delivery and developing future field leaders.

Project Details

The position supports healthcare construction and requires experience working with local healthcare systems in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and field execution to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.
• Manage field staff, delegate work, support training, and mentor other Superintendents.
• Coordinate with the lead Project Manager on financial forecasting, progress reporting, and cost control.
• Inspect work, address construction issues, and oversee compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Support subcontractor negotiations, project pursuits, and integrated delivery efforts.
• Promote Lean practices, deliver superintendent training, and help improve team performance.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists and one-year warranty walks.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• Experience working with local healthcare systems in Georgia.
• Relevant college degree.
• Experience with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, Revit, or comparable construction technology is a plus.
