Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Coordinate jobsite teams and project activities to support safe, on-time, and on-budget construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, trade foremen, project management, and owner or tenant representatives.
• Develop and administer site safety plans, including job-specific hazard analyses.
• Manage subcontractor work, track project schedules, and help oversee budgets and material procurement.
• Monitor quality control, maintain project records, and organize required meetings.

Required Experience

• Postsecondary construction education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and direct project personnel.
• Documentation, file management, and meeting coordination skills.
• Teamwork, sound judgment, and the ability to manage challenges and seek assistance when needed.
• Must complete pre-employment and applicable random and post-accident drug and alcohol testing.
