Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build construction work from its Tampa team. The role calls for experienced project leadership, customer development, and management of successful project delivery.

Project Details

Projects may include multifamily, big-box industrial and warehouse, senior living, healthcare, office, or hospitality work. The position involves projects with contract values from $10 million to more than $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate construction contract terms and resolve project issues collaboratively.
• Develop bids, prepare proposals, negotiate and award subcontracts, and present to prospective customers.
• Lead project teams and ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build customer relationships and travel as required for projects.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of project management experience in a design-build environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Procore.
• Advanced understanding of construction methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing, and design management.
• Experience leading projects from programming through turnover; local relationships and experience across multiple listed project types are valued.
