Project Engineer

Job Summary

Tutor Perini Building Corp. is hiring a Project Engineer for a construction project in Pocola, Oklahoma. The role supports field execution, schedule coordination, quality control, and compliance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress, coordinate deliveries and construction sequencing, and work with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Review plans and drawings, address design conflicts, process RFIs, and prepare field changes and as-built documentation.
• Track project records, closeout requirements, procurement, concrete logs, quantities, and project pricing.
• Coordinate quality control, MEP startup and commissioning, and construction schedule activities.
• Support safety compliance and assist with scope gap resolution.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least two years of commercial construction experience, including general contractor experience on a project exceeding $50 million.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and Procore.
• TIA preparation experience and familiarity with blueprint reading, construction scheduling, and CAD.
• Commercial field engineer or project engineer experience is preferred.
