Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead moderately complex industrial and manufacturing construction projects or defined portions of larger programs in Social Circle, Georgia. The role manages project operations, administration, safety, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder coordination.

Project Details

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group delivers large industrial and manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor projects. Assignments may be based at project sites or in the office.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction activities, including estimating coordination, trade scopes, bid packages, procurement, and schedule development.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, submittals, change management, pay applications, project meetings, reporting, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, logistics, and internal resources.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, risks, materials, labor, and procurement requirements.
• Promote an injury-free safety culture, investigate incidents, and support corrective training.
• Manage project business plans and administration for multiple or moderately complex projects.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Intermediate communication, presentation, Microsoft Office, and Lean process skills.
• Advanced proficiency in project management and accounting software, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work non-traditional hours when project needs require.
