Job Summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner seeks a Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical and plumbing construction work.

Project Details

Manage commercial construction projects focused on mechanical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, permits, materials, equipment, change orders, budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Manage field leadership and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other project partners.
• Monitor compliance with plans, building regulations, and safety requirements, and provide progress updates.

Required Experience

• At least 7 years of commercial construction experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong relationship-building skills.
