Sr Project Manager- (Automotive)

Job Summary

Lead project delivery for an automotive retrofit in Spring Hill, working onsite with the project team and client to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

Project Details

The role supports an automotive retrofit project in an existing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change processes, and billing.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor and supplier contracts, and buyout.
• Coordinate schedules, risk management, and field and design teams working in an active facility.
• Build productive relationships with the client, project partners, and trades.
• Coach project engineers and assistant project managers, and promote safety, quality, and Lean practices.

Required Experience

• At least five years of construction project management experience; automotive, industrial, or retrofit experience is preferred.
• Experience managing project financials, contracts, and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Spring Hill; a construction management, engineering, or related bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
