Job Summary

Fisk Electric is hiring a Project Manager for its Dallas office to oversee the administrative and technical delivery of construction projects, with responsibility for client satisfaction, safety, quality, and financial performance.

Fisk Electric delivers electrical systems, structured cabling, security, and building technology work. Its portfolio includes data centers, arenas, university projects, retail, and other complex building work.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, project documentation, submittals, procurement, change orders, and schedules.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, owners, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors on budgets, scopes, constructability, and value engineering.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, payment requisitions, assets, and recurring job-cost reviews.
• Develop master and look-ahead schedules, identify key milestones, and oversee project quality controls.
• Plan for safety and confirm subcontractor and vendor contract requirements are met before mobilization.

Required Experience

• Four-year construction or engineering degree, or equivalent technical training and related experience.
• At least five years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
• At least two years working for a commercial electrical contractor.
• Proficiency with Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, Microsoft Word and Excel, and AIA Contract Documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost and quality control, engineering drawings, and construction documents.
