Project Manager (Cold Storage)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to guide construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating with owners and design partners while managing scope and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract requirements, project records, logs, changes, purchasing, and buyout decisions.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on schedule updates and actions to support project progress.
• Maintain owner and subcontractor relationships, lead project meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Submit owner payment applications and review subcontractor invoices and change orders.
• Monitor work for alignment with contract documents and scope, addressing performance concerns as needed.
• Lead and support the project team throughout delivery.

Required Experience

• At least five years of related experience; general contractor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, mathematical reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project; Procore experience or ability to learn.
