Project Manager - Dam Facilities

Job Summary

Lunda Construction is hiring a Project Manager for its Hilbert, Wisconsin office to oversee heavy civil infrastructure work, with a focus on dam facilities.

Project Details

The role supports delivery of heavy civil projects, including federal- and state-funded infrastructure work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and serve as the company contact for clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, financial reporting, procurement, and labor and equipment resources.
• Negotiate scope changes, oversee change management, and pursue additional client work.
• Support regulatory discussions and public meetings on behalf of clients.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least two years of construction project management experience; dam facilities experience is strongly preferred.
• Heavy civil experience with cost projections, submittals, work plans, RFIs, CPM scheduling, time-and-material billing, and change orders.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, communicate effectively, and manage client relationships.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; HCSS, AASHTOWare, and Primavera/P6 knowledge is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Experience preparing project execution, health and safety, and quality plans.
