Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy civil water and wastewater construction work in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires prior project management experience in the water and wastewater sector.

Project Details

This position supports water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects and involves coordination with owners, field supervision, labor, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs, work-in-progress forecasts, labor projections, and overall financial performance.
• Direct site supervisory personnel and coordinate project planning and scheduling.
• Build owner relationships and administer contract negotiations.
• Purchase and negotiate materials for project needs.
• Set and enforce jobsite safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
