Project Summary

Q3 Contracting, part of Primoris Services Corporation, is hiring a Project Manager I to help coordinate project execution for its operations team. Following training, the role follows a hybrid schedule with three days at the Commerce City office and two days working from home.

Project Details

Q3 Contracting provides construction services in the gas, oil, electric, and telecommunications sectors. Its parent organization also supports utility, energy, and renewable infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs, budgets, resource use, schedules, and performance; prepare reports and maintain historical project records.
• Support project accounting, invoicing, estimates, proposals, document control, change orders, and project close-out.
• Help operations leaders evaluate project profitability, address risks, and resolve critical issues.
• Develop project schedules and support change-control processes; share knowledge with less-experienced colleagues.

Required Experience

• At least three years of relevant construction cost accounting, scheduling, or project-controls experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or accounting and familiarity with utility construction, MS Project or Primavera, and Smartsheet are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
