Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Primoris Gas Operations is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee utility construction projects across Minnesota and Wisconsin, guiding project teams and maintaining customer relationships.

Project Details

The role covers underground and overhead utility systems, including natural gas and electric infrastructure, from planning and permitting through construction and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage several projects through estimating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, restoration, and closeout.
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and field operations while monitoring safety, quality, cost, schedule, and forecasts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and project stakeholders, lead meetings, and maintain project reporting and documentation.
• Review construction drawings, support estimates and pricing, obtain approvals, and identify and address project risks.
• Lead and mentor project team members.

Required Experience

• At least five years of project management experience in utility construction.
• Experience managing underground and/or overhead electric or natural gas utility projects, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office; GIS familiarity is preferred.
• A related bachelor's degree is preferred; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Compensation and Benefits
