Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager for its Advanced Facilities Group in Atlanta. This role manages industrial and manufacturing construction projects while coordinating teams, budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and client requirements.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers large industrial and manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, and other advanced-industry projects across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety culture, preconstruction activities, procurement, subcontract buyout, and contract administration.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage submittals, change requests, pay applications, project schedules, material and labor logs, and project reporting.
• Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, margins, risk, and schedule impacts while developing mitigation plans.
• Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and oversee closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, and final financials.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of construction management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, presentations, Lean processes, and construction management fundamentals.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work at project sites or in an office, including non-traditional hours when needed.
