Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Track project costs, labor forecasts, and work-in-progress projections.
• Direct site supervisory staff and coordinate project planning and scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with project owners.
• Negotiate contracts and procure materials.
• Set and enforce site safety expectations.
• Administer contracts and oversee overall project cost performance.

Required Experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
