Project Manager - QA/QC

Job Summary

Interstates is hiring a QA/QC Project Manager to lead electrical construction quality efforts on a mission-critical data center project in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This is a travel role based at the project site.

Project Details

Lead quality assurance and quality control for a large-scale data center project, with an assignment lasting approximately 6 months to 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection processes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project leadership, field teams, clients, subcontractors, commissioning partners, and authorities.
• Inspect work, track deficiencies and punch lists, and drive corrective actions.
• Review project documents and support constructability planning to identify quality risks.
• Verify testing, commissioning, and turnover documentation; identify recurring issues and promote continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• Experience in QA/QC, quality management, field engineering, project management, or electrical construction on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Knowledge of electrical construction, NEC requirements, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documents and manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover packages.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience is preferred. Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, or similar software is preferred.
• A related bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent electrical construction or QA/QC experience may be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $100,000-$135,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, performance bonuses, merit increases, and per diem and travel benefits where applicable.
