Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater construction work in Nashville and surrounding regional markets. The role requires prior project management experience in the water and wastewater construction industry.

Project Details

Lead regional water and wastewater construction projects serving Nashville and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, cost controls, labor projections, and work-in-progress forecasts.
• Plan and schedule work while coordinating site supervisory personnel.
• Build owner relationships and administer and negotiate project contracts.
• Purchase materials and establish and enforce job-site safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Successful candidates may be subject to background screening, drug testing, a post-offer physical, and site-specific screening.
