Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater construction projects in Salt Lake City. The role requires prior project management experience in this sector and provides ownership of cost, schedule, field operations, safety, contracts, and client relationships.

Project Details

Lead water and wastewater construction work from the Salt Lake City office, coordinating project controls, site supervision, procurement, and owner administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, work-in-progress projections, schedules, contracts, and material purchasing.
• Direct job site supervisory personnel and maintain effective owner relationships.
• Set and enforce job site safety expectations.
• Handle contract negotiation and administration.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least seven years of relevant experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.

Compensation and Benefits
