Project Safety Manager

Job Summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead safety programs and support safe construction operations while partnering with project teams, subcontractors, and safety professionals.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop safety staff and establish project-level safety roles with project teams and trade partners.
• Coordinate safety planning, recurring meetings, inspections, training, orientations, and subcontractor documentation.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, document findings, and oversee corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, support drug and alcohol policy enforcement, and identify opportunities to improve safety performance.
• Use Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC to manage safety information.

Required Experience

• Five to eight years of progressive construction safety experience, including leadership or management duties.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, including OSHA construction standards under 29 CFR 1926.
• BCSP CHST designation or higher.
• A related bachelor's degree is desired, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC is preferred.
