Regional Safety Manager

Job Summary

Fisk Electric is hiring a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and environmental compliance for its Central and South Texas operations, reporting to the Corporate Safety Director.

Project Details

The role supports regional electrical construction operations, including commercial and industrial work across Houston and Central and South Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and audit division safety managers and align regional safety practices.
• Oversee compliance programs, audits, corrective actions, training records, employee credentials, and OSHA 300 logs.
• Direct incident investigations, injury case management, return-to-work processes, and required drug testing.
• Set standards for electrical PPE and safety plans, and coordinate with project and executive leaders on safety issues.
• Monitor fleet-driving performance and provide safety and risk updates to company leadership.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of progressive construction safety experience, including 3 years leading safety personnel in a regional, multi-site, or managerial role.
• Commercial and industrial electrical safety expertise, including high-, medium-, and low-voltage hazard mitigation; ability to interpret electrical drawings and apply NFPA 70E principles.
• Current OSHA 500 certification and a BCSP credential such as CHST or CSP, or equivalent; CESCP is preferred.
• Leadership, communication, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills, including experience managing remote or divisional teams.
• Must meet company vehicle-operating standards and customer badging and background-screening requirements.
