Project Superintendent, Commercial

Job Summary

Lead commercial construction work from mobilization through closeout, coordinating field teams and ensuring projects meet company expectations for schedule, quality, budget, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction activities and field personnel while serving as a key contact for clients.
• Coordinate project resources, documents, equipment, materials, schedules, and site logistics with project managers and internal teams.
• Review project plans and specifications, address discrepancies, and help develop and update schedules and site utilization plans.
• Lead site meetings and daily field huddles, communicate updates, and support and mentor field personnel.
• Apply company safety, quality, production, and risk-management practices while maintaining relationships with project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five years of commercial construction experience, including two years in a supervisory role, preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and collaboration skills in field and office settings.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $85,000-$130,000, based on experience.
