Job Summary

Oversee assigned concrete projects from startup through closeout, coordinating field teams and managing schedule, quality, budget, and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction activities and field personnel, coordinating materials, equipment, documents, logistics, and site plans.
• Work with project managers on budgets, forecasts, labor, equipment, materials, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, union representatives, and other stakeholders; review project documents and resolve plan discrepancies.
• Lead project meetings and daily field huddles, communicate schedule changes, and mentor field personnel.
• Apply company safety, quality, production, and risk-management standards.

Required Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Five years of commercial construction experience, including two years in a supervisory role, preferred.
• Strong leadership, time-management, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
