Senior Site Superintendent - Mission Critical - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies seeks a senior field leader for its national mission critical construction team, overseeing site work and coordinating project execution.

Project Details

The role supports mission critical construction projects for nationally based clients, with travel as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance, project schedules, budgets, safety programs, and quality control.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, coordinate material procurement, and integrate procurement into the master schedule.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and resolve project issues through effective coordination with project teams.
• Train personnel and travel to project sites as needed.

Required Experience

• At least 15 years of experience managing site work for mission critical construction.
• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug and alcohol testing.
• Project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, familiarity with building codes, and experience managing schedules in Microsoft Project are preferred.
