QA/QC Superintendent

Job Summary

Interstates is seeking a QA/QC Superintendent to direct field quality operations, oversee foremen and crews, and coordinate execution with project leadership.

Project Details

The role supports data center projects at assigned worksites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crews and oversee daily and short-term work planning, labor, materials, equipment, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards; manage inspections, testing, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Champion jobsite safety, lead audits and incident reviews, and coordinate with project management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Coach and develop crew leads and team members, and forecast resources for upcoming work.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED and 7–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience required.
• 5–10 years of data center experience required.
• Experience overseeing quality processes, inspections, testing, turnover documentation, audits, and quality management systems.
• Trade school, apprenticeship, or certified technical training preferred; QA/QC certifications or training such as ASQ or CWI recommended.
• Must be able to travel 100%, be permanently located near the office or relocate, and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

Benefits include a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, 401(k) with company match, insurance coverage, paid time off and holidays, bonus incentives and merit increases, and per diem/travel pay or FAVR benefits as applicable. Sunday work is paid at double time and occasional holiday work at triple time. Per diem and mileage stipends are subject to company policy.
