Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Advanced Facilities Group, leading complex construction projects and collaborating with clients, project teams, and company resources.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers large industrial and manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor projects. Assignments may be based at project sites or in an office and may involve travel or relocation.

Responsibilities

• Direct project planning and execution, including preconstruction, estimating, procurement, subcontract awards, schedules, budgets, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and internal resources.
• Manage safety, project risks, change requests, cost forecasts, reporting, and schedule mitigation.
• Lead project meetings and client discussions, negotiate project issues, and support business development and marketing efforts.
• Mentor project staff and foster a safe, inclusive project culture.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of project management and accounting software, scheduling tools, BIM, construction technology, and Lean practices.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours as project needs require.
