Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Miami to lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for project financial and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project staffing, safety, procurement, subcontractor scopes, cost, schedule, quality, and owner deliverables.
• Manage change requests, subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, project reporting, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate resources and project schedules with project executives, superintendents, and other teams.
• Lead project meetings and support system turnover and commissioning with owner personnel.
• Develop and mentor project managers, superintendents, and other staff, including performance management.

Required Experience

• Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction, design, finance, and management.
• At least two years working for a commercial electrical contractor.
• Experience on large hospital projects.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, scheduling, cost and quality control, drawings, and construction documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
