Senior Project Manager Healthcare Construction

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Nashville to lead complex healthcare construction projects or multiple projects, with accountability for project delivery, administration, safety, and financial performance.

Project Details

This role supports healthcare construction work and may be assigned between project sites and office locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct project operations from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal resources.
• Lead estimating, scope review, bid analysis, buyout, subcontract awards, submittals, change management, and pay applications.
• Develop and maintain schedules, procurement logs, budgets, forecasts, and project reporting.
• Manage project risk, quality, documentation, safety planning, incident response, and closeout activities.
• Lead project meetings, support client-facing preconstruction discussions, and negotiate project issues.
• Develop project teams and promote collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and an injury-free work environment.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of construction management processes, estimating, GMP or hard bid development, budgeting, scheduling, and project accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, CMiC or similar project management and accounting software, scheduling tools, BIM, construction technology, and Lean practices.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work non-traditional hours as project needs require.

Compensation and Benefits
