Senior Project Manager, Industrial Manufacturing

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Social Circle, Georgia, to lead significantly complex industrial and manufacturing construction projects. The role owns project outcomes, administration, operations, safety, and financial performance while coordinating internal and external project partners.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers industrial and manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, mission-critical, and advanced-industry projects for innovative clients. This position may support complex or multiple projects through preconstruction, construction, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Direct project planning, buyout, subcontract administration, submittals, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal support functions.
• Manage project safety plans, risk, budgets, cost forecasts, profitability, changes, pay applications, and business-plan objectives.
• Lead preconstruction estimating, scope reviews, bid analysis, GMP development, and client discussions.
• Prepare project reports, facilitate progress and owner-architect-contractor meetings, and resolve schedule and project issues.
• Mentor project teams and promote safety, diversity, inclusion, and strong external relationships.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, project accounting, estimating, scheduling, BIM, Lean practices, and project delivery.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, CMiC or similar project management and accounting software, scheduling software, BIM, and construction technology.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work non-traditional hours when project needs require.
