Senior Superintendent

Job Summary

Lead jobsite execution by coordinating company staff, subcontractors, project management, trade partners, and owners or tenants to deliver work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field teams and manage projects aligned with your experience.
• Administer budgets and contracts, evaluate value-engineering options, and support material procurement.
• Manage purchasing and limited contract negotiations, prepare estimates for self-performed work, and oversee closeout.

Required Experience

• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent, along with management and sales training.
• Prior experience as a trade foreman, in layout, as an Assistant Superintendent, and as a Superintendent.
• Broad knowledge of building projects and the ability to interpret shop drawings, prints, and specifications.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is $162,000-$190,000, with the base rate dependent on position location and the selected candidate’s qualifications.
