Senior Superintendent

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects and coordinate field execution with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractor performance and coordinate effectively with project team members.
• Build and maintain CPM schedules, including incorporating material procurement needs.
• Oversee construction budgets, safety programs, quality control, and personnel training.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, and identify value-engineering opportunities.
• Use available resources to resolve project challenges and support sound field decisions.

Required Experience

• At least 15 years of industrial construction experience.
• Postsecondary construction education or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to complete required pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Project-team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, current building-code familiarity, and MS Project scheduling experience are preferred.
