Job Summary

Barton Malow is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the Baltimore area from preconstruction through closeout. The role coordinates project teams and protects safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, bid strategy, subcontract development, planning, scheduling, and site mobilization.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, architects, and design teams throughout project delivery.
• Establish safety expectations, manage punchlist completion, support labor relations, and coordinate emergency procedures.
• Oversee budgets, cost projections, trade accounts, change management, cash flow, and project profitability.
• Lead project meetings, monitor RFIs and submittals, manage documentation and closeout, and coordinate agency acceptance.
• Support client relationships, repeat business, proposals, and presentations for new work.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of general contractor or construction management experience.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $108,500-$189,800 per year, with an annual incentive bonus plan, 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
