Job Summary

Harris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects, coordinating delivery to meet project standards, budgets, schedules, and communication needs.

Project Details

Harris handles mechanical construction work across a variety of facilities, including stadiums, manufacturing sites, power plants, hospitals, concert halls, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance, project documentation, scope, schedules, and field resources.
• Coordinate procurement, estimating, and financial management.
• Build and maintain customer and project relationships, and support sales efforts.

Required Experience

• At least eight years of construction project management experience and strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• At least eight years of experience interpreting construction documents and applying design methods, tools, and principles.
• At least eight years of experience with business operations, finance, customer relations, business development, project sales, and construction-related legal matters.
• Must be willing to travel.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $127,719.74-$191,579.61, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays; paid parental leave; and a short-term incentive plan.
