Advanced Facilities - Field Engineer I

Job Summary

Support project engineering and field teams by coordinating technical documentation, submittals, change management, and project records. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to progress through additional experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain as-built drawings, process submittals and change documentation, and organize RFIs, meeting records, and daily reports.
• Support project planning, quality, safety, risk management, cost control, and budget forecasting.
• Assist with BIM coordination, LEED documentation, digital record drawings, layout, and quantity tracking as assigned.
• Work with superintendents to support field execution and resolve jobsite issues.
• Maintain effective communication with owners, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teammates.

Required Experience

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical or field experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
