Aptitude Senior Traveling Project Manager- Healthcare

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Aptitude Project Manager to lead regional technology integration services for healthcare construction projects. The role provides strategic, operational, financial, and relationship leadership across the full project lifecycle, with a path toward Aptitude Operations Director.

Project Details

Work focuses on technology-related design, construction, installation, and network integration for healthcare projects, including coordination with owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Direct technology-related design and construction activities while maintaining constructability, quality, technical, and financial standards.
• Develop scopes, responsibility matrices, budgets, proposals, schedules, staffing plans, and project controls.
• Manage project costs, billing, collections, forecasts, milestones, documentation, and closeout.
• Lead teams, support Aptitude strategy deployment, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee regional resources, business development, client development, risk management, and contractual performance.
• Serve as an escalation point for project, financial, contractual, business development, and client relationship issues.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Aptitude team members.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of experience with information technology, security, or life safety systems.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of project processes, budgeting, profitability, proposals, fees, work plans, and relationship management.
• Intermediate communication and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to present effectively.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work non-traditional hours when project needs require.
