Job Summary

The Christman Company is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support large-scale commercial construction projects in the Laurinburg and Greensboro, North Carolina region. This full-time position is primarily site-based, with extended hours or weekend work as needed.

Project Details

Support large-scale commercial construction projects in the greater Laurinburg and Greensboro area.

Responsibilities

• Organize project records and prepare closeout, turnover, and archival documents.
• Support project billing, meeting documentation, inspections, procurement, and material tracking.
• Coordinate punch lists with the project team, client, and architect, and help meet closeout deadlines.
• Update contract drawings, monitor work quality, and assist with daily reports and progress photos.
• Post required site safety information and support safety-plan logistics.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least three years of construction-related industry experience.
