Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Harris is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project coordination, documentation, budgeting, procurement, and field activities in Bellingham.

Project Details

Harris works on projects including stadiums, manufacturing facilities, power plants, hospitals, concert halls, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Track schedules and milestones, maintain project software, and coordinate communication among project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage project records, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and document control.
• Support cost tracking, invoice review, estimating, material takeoffs, and procurement.
• Visit project sites, assist with quality checks, and coordinate field activities with superintendents.
• Handle daily time entry and client billings, verify gate logs, and process equipment billing.

Required Experience

• Entry- to mid-level project coordination experience.
• High Hazard Facility Training (HHFT), Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC), and Refinery Safety Overview (RSO).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range of $30.35-$45.53 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, and paid holidays; paid parental leave; and a Short-Term Incentive Plan.
