Associate Project Manager LNG

Job Summary

Black & Veatch is hiring an Associate Project Manager to join its LNG project team, supporting engineering, procurement, and construction scopes across the Fuels & Natural Resources business. This role is based in Overland Park, Kansas (Kansas City area) or Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and progress tracking across assigned LNG projects.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers and construction managers to resolve design, schedule, material, and quality issues.
• Manage change management, commercial recovery, and project close-out support.
• Apply quality control procedures and actively promote a safety-first culture.
• Integrate activities of engineering, procurement, construction, and third-party contributors.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of project support experience in engineering or a related technical function.
• Experience supporting utility, EPC, or infrastructure-related projects preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across engineering and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
