Concrete Project Manager

Job Summary

Christman Mid-Atlantic Constructors is hiring a Concrete Project Manager for its Sterling, Virginia region to manage concrete construction projects from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, project goals, staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and other project planning; prepare estimates for self-performed work as needed.
• Establish subcontract scopes and expectations, and coordinate project quality, safety, and trade activities.
• Manage contract documentation, change orders, project risk protections, and monthly financial reviews.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related coursework, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Five or more years of construction or related experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 training are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay is $95,000-$130,000. This is a full-time role with occasional extended hours and weekend work.
