Concrete Project Manager

Job Summary

Christman Mid-Atlantic Constructors is hiring a Concrete Project Manager in the Sterling, Virginia region to manage project planning, execution, client coordination, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting, and estimates for self-performed work.
• Set project goals, staffing plans, schedules, and resource priorities.
• Manage client relationships and align quality expectations with contract requirements.
• Oversee contract documents, change orders, subcontract scopes, and trade coordination.
• Address project safety, labor relations, risk coverage, and contractual requirements.
• Review project finances and prepare monthly evaluations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related coursework, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of construction or related work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 training preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay is $95,000-$130,000.
