Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Elljay Acoustics is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial specialty interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Project Details

The role supports commercial specialty interior construction projects for public, private, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, procurement, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field operations, materials, equipment, and staffing.
• Administer contracts and project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change management.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and project profitability; identify efficiencies and value-engineering opportunities.
• Lead project teams and participate in jobsite, general contractor, and owner meetings.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of project management experience in commercial specialty interiors construction.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $90,000–$120,000, depending on experience. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and student loan paydown.
