Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Kirby Nagelhout Construction Co. is hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee project delivery, coordinating with field teams to meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives.

Project Details

The contractor builds commercial projects such as schools, resorts, and fire stations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project risk, financials, contracts, schedules, documentation, change orders, and stakeholder coordination.
• Work with superintendents and project teams on planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, safety, quality, permitting, and compliance.
• Manage preconstruction, estimating, bid packages, constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost analysis.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, labor productivity tracking, billings, and change management.
• Lead client and trade partner relationships, weekly coordination meetings, and project closeout documentation.

Required Experience

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar field is preferred, along with 5–10 years of management and project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project or P6, Bluebeam, Procore or Sage, and PowerPoint or Prezi.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, customer service, and professional communication skills.
• Current driver's license and insurable driving record.
