Job Summary

Interstates is hiring an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on industrial electrical projects near Fort Collins, Colorado. The role combines hands-on electrical work with crew leadership, project coordination, and a strong focus on safety.

Project Details

Work involves industrial electrical construction projects in and around Fort Collins, with travel within a 200-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crews of 3–15 employees, working alongside them in the field as needed.
• Coordinate project resources, cost, schedule, productivity, planning, and layout.
• Promote safe work practices and participate in the company’s behavior-based safety program.
• Communicate with client representatives and allied trades, and build productive working relationships.
• Coach and mentor crew members while supporting project execution.

Required Experience

• Experience on industrial electrical projects and prior crew leadership experience.
• State-issued journeyman electrician license or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, and in outdoor conditions that may include dust and electrical hazards.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay is $39.85–$42.84. Benefits include a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, per diem and mileage stipends where applicable, 401(k) with company match, insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, bonus incentives, journeyman licensing assistance, and double pay for Sunday work and triple pay for occasional holiday work.
