Job Summary

Interstates is hiring a Project Manager based in Fort Collins to lead client-facing project delivery and coordinate teams through safe, high-quality, on-time work.

Project Details

The role supports electrical, controls, automation, and operational technology work for industrial facilities, with travel to customer and project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scopes, specifications, budgets, and allowances before work begins.
• Monitor labor, material costs, productivity, job costs, and project progress.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate delivery with project leaders, crews, subcontractors, and clients.
• Support project budgeting, billing, invoice review, change orders, and resolution of project issues.
• Identify cost-effective delivery methods and communicate changes, risks, and schedule impacts to relevant teams.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; education in construction management or engineering/technology is noted.
• At least five years of project management experience, including three years leading projects.
• Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range of $90,000-$120,000. Travel to customer and project sites may be required up to 25% of the time.
