Job Summary

Interstates is hiring a May graduate for an Assistant Project Manager role based in Fort Collins. The position offers hands-on project experience, mentorship, and leadership development.

Project Details

Support industrial construction projects, including electrical, instrumentation, engineering, and automation work. Projects are located across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, customers, and field teams.
  • Assist with schedules, budgets, materials, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.
  • Build customer and team relationships while developing project leadership skills.
  • Travel to project sites and gain field experience.

Required Experience

  • Expected to graduate in May.
  • Studying construction management, engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, coachable, and willing to travel and learn.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $75,000–$85,000. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, health, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, holiday pay, flexible scheduling, and potential per diem/travel pay or FAVR program benefits. End-of-fiscal-year incentives and merit increases are available.
