Medical Equipment Project Manager

Job Summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Manager to coordinate healthcare equipment planning, procurement, delivery, installation, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, project documentation, client communications, and vendor coordination.
• Review equipment lists, drawings, specifications, bids, and quotations; coordinate approvals and purchase orders.
• Track equipment lead times and deliveries, coordinate site readiness and installation, and oversee walkthroughs and acceptance activities.
• Coordinate vendor training and deliver closeout documentation.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Seven to ten years of progressive experience in project management, medical equipment planning, procurement, or logistics, including at least five years in medical equipment order planning, procurement, or specifications.
• Knowledge of medical equipment products, manufacturers, suppliers, and procurement processes.
• Attainia PLAN-IT or similar medical equipment planning database experience.
• PMP or CPSM certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
