Project Engineer - Advanced Facilities

Job Summary

Support technical and project-management execution for advanced facilities construction, including coordination of project information, contracts, procurement, cost controls, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement schedules, materials, equipment, trade submittals, and contract-document compliance.
• Support project planning, budget and cost controls, change orders, quantity reporting, meeting records, and project logs.
• Maintain as-built documents and compile closeout materials, including manuals and warranties.
• Help manage project team members and identify, mitigate, and resolve potential claims.

Required Experience

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and experience.
• Three to four years of similar construction engineering experience and advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team and supervise or train Field Engineers.
• Mechanical piping system experience is ideal.
