Project Engineer

Job Summary

Rudolph & Sletten is hiring a Project Engineer for its Roseville office to support project managers and superintendents with construction planning, coordination, documentation, and field monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractor deliveries, meetings, and construction activities.
• Review drawings, submittals, and shop drawings; resolve design conflicts and process RFIs and change documentation.
• Maintain project logs and records, including expediting, closeout, and punch-list documentation.
• Observe site work, participate in job walks, prepare reports and as-built drawings, and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Use Procore to generate project queries and reports while communicating with project teams, clients, and design representatives.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant field or related experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills, blueprint-reading knowledge, and familiarity with scheduling and estimating software.
• Procore or similar construction software experience is a plus; Primavera P6 knowledge is desired.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected salary range is $85,000–$97,500, depending on experience.
