Project Engineer - Building

Job Summary

Join Sundt’s Building division as a Project Engineer supporting commercial construction. This role provides technical project support and coordinates information among project partners.

Project Details

Work supports commercial building projects, including aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement schedules, materials, equipment, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support cost controls, quantity tracking, change orders, project logs, meetings, and closeout requirements.
• Help manage project plans and contracts, maintain as-built documents, and address potential claims.
• Assist with project team development and may supervise or train Field Engineers.

Required Experience

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and related experience.
• Three to four years of similar construction engineering experience.
• Commercial or vertical project experience and strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
• Aviation project experience is a strong plus.
