Project Manager 2, Advanced Industries

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to oversee moderately complex construction work within its Advanced Facilities Group in Hillsboro. The role provides leadership across project administration, field coordination, financial management, safety, and closeout.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers industrial and manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, and other advanced-technology construction projects. This position may support multiple or moderately complex projects and may work from project sites or an office.

Responsibilities

• Direct project operations from preconstruction through completion, including buyout, subcontract administration, submittals, change management, scheduling, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, logistics, and internal support groups.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, pay applications, project reporting, risk, procurement, and profitability.
• Partner with the Project Superintendent to develop schedules, monitor resources, and mitigate impacts to progress.
• Lead project meetings, support safety initiatives, document key decisions, and resolve issues with the project team.
• Build relationships with clients, industry partners, and community stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, project administration, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and Lean practices.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software; intermediate MS Office and presentation skills.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in varying site conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
